EARLY STAGE

Our clients benefit by having working drawings, scheduling and estimating all done in the one move. This speeds up the pre-consruction process allowing projects to to get to site faster.

3D QUANITY TAKE OFFS

Using the most advanced BIM Software Tools we are able to extract quantity take offs as the working drawings are developed. This eliminates measuring errors and provides for fast accurate scheduling of roof timber cutting lists, door and window schedules, lintel and beam schedules, ceramic tile schedules and the like.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATING

By linking the 3D Quantitiy extraction to our extensive data base of labour and material rates we are able to provide fast accurate estimates at key stages of the pre-construction process. We are also able to update and ammend estimates as amendments to the drawings are happening.
