Using the most advanced BIM Software Tools we are able to extract quantity take offs as the working drawings are developed. This eliminates measuring errors and provides for fast accurate scheduling of roof timber cutting lists, door and window schedules, lintel and beam schedules, ceramic tile schedules and the like.

By linking the 3D Quantitiy extraction to our extensive data base of labour and material rates we are able to provide fast accurate estimates at key stages of the pre-construction process. We are also able to update and ammend estimates as amendments to the drawings are happening.
