Led by Kevin, FTB Services is a small, hands-on team bringing together building design, working drawings, quantity surveying and construction cost estimating. Our experience across residential and commercial construction helps projects move forward with a clearer understanding of how they will be priced and built.

Traditional design workflows can leave construction pricing until the drawing set is complete. FTB works differently. The project can be designed, documented and costed within the same process, allowing the team to respond to budget pressure while the drawings are still developing.
Our QS team currently prepares estimates for many builders and stays across current estimating trends. With more than 40 years of broader quantity surveying and construction management experience behind the business, Kevin and the team remain small and hands-on. Much of our work comes through referrals and repeat business, including builders and contractors who have worked with FTB Services for 10 years or more.
Recent upgrades to our software have increased our capacity to take on new projects while maintaining the same level of involvement. We are now in a position to work with a broader range of clients and welcome enquiries to discuss how we can assist with your project.
